Halle Belby

Halle grew up in New York City in a family of avid skiers who loved to ski Colorado annually and enjoy the powder out West. In 2001 she graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Communication Studies and promptly moved to Breckenridge to “ski for a year.” The moment Halle arrived, she realized she was never leaving, like so many others. The adventuresome people, the breathtaking beauty, unlimited recreational activities and the lifestyle made it home. In 2003 she earned her real estate license and in 2004 joined a family owned real estate development company in Breckenridge. Over the next 16 years, Halle helped grow their annual sales from $35M to over $80M as a top producer. Her personal investments in local rental condos and primary residences piqued her interest and in 2020, she joined RE/MAX as a Broker Associate. As a long time local, she can offer an experienced perspective on a second home purchase, a rental investment, a land acquisition or a primary residence. Halle is hardworking, honest, reliable and motivated. In her free time she loves to ski, cross country ski, hike, golf and camp with her husband, Chris, two children and their dog.
