Jenny Gloudemans

I’m a North Carolina girl who made the leap to Summit County back in 1991, and I’ve been proud to call it home ever since. Today, I serve as the Chair of the Silverthorne Planning Commission, helping shape the future of this incredible community while living right in the heart of it.

I’ve been selling real estate in Summit County since 2000, and all three of my kids were born and raised here—so when I talk about neighborhoods, schools, or mountain living, it comes from real, lived experience. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me hiking, taking photos, or spending time with the people who matter most.

My approach blends Southern hospitality with straight talk: warm, honest, and always focused on achieving the best deal for my Buyers and Sellers. Clients count on me to keep it real, stay forthright, and guide them with the kind of care and expertise that makes a luxury transaction feel effortless.
